1. Sponsor
The sponsor is Suwannee River Bookkeeping LLC, Live Oak, Florida. Questions may be sent to suwanneeriverbookkeeping@gmail.com.
2. Entry period
The giveaway begins September 4, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends September 28, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. The sponsor’s website system is the official timekeeping device.
3. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of Florida who are at least 18 years old and are an owner or authorized representative of a Florida-based, for-profit small business. The business must use, or be willing to use, QuickBooks Online and must have no more than four total business checking, savings, and credit-card accounts. The prize covers one business entity and one QuickBooks Online company file. Employees and immediate family members of the sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
4. How to enter
Visit myflbookkeeper.com/giveaway during the entry period and submit the completed entry form. Limit one entry per business. Automated, incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent, or late entries may be disqualified. No purchase, payment, social-media share, or friend tag is required.
5. Prize
One winner will receive bookkeeping services with an approximate retail value of $2,400 and may choose either four consecutive months of monthly bookkeeping or cleanup and catch-up services for up to four previous consecutive months. Cleanup work is limited to the $2,400 total prize value.
The prize includes transaction categorization, reconciliation of eligible accounts, standard Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet reports, and a plain-language review. It does not include a QuickBooks Online subscription, tax preparation or advice, payroll processing or payroll-tax filings, sales-tax filings, bill payment, customer invoicing or collections, inventory accounting, 1099 preparation, multiple entities, or complex third-party integrations. Any additional work requires a separate written agreement and is not required to claim the prize.
6. Winner selection and notification
On or about September 29, 2026, the sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. The potential winner will be contacted by email and phone and must respond by October 2, 2026. The sponsor may verify eligibility and request a completed Form W-9 and a signed service agreement before confirming the prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, is ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate may be selected at random.
7. Service requirements
The confirmed winner must provide complete and timely records, statements, credentials, and reasonable cooperation needed to perform the selected service. Service timing and onboarding will be scheduled with the winner. Failure to provide required information may result in forfeiture after reasonable notice and an opportunity to cure.
8. General conditions
The prize is not transferable and has no cash alternative. The sponsor may substitute a substantially equivalent service if necessary. The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize. The sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, legal requirements, or circumstances outside the sponsor’s reasonable control prevent fair administration.
9. Privacy
Information submitted will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, maintain required records, and, only when separately authorized, send marketing communications. See the Privacy Policy.
10. Meta disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta. By entering, each entrant releases Facebook, Instagram, and Meta from claims arising from or related to the promotion, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Governing law
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. By entering, entrants agree that disputes arising from the giveaway will be handled individually and not as part of a class action, except where prohibited by law.
